A Reflection

There are two kinds of people: those who say to God, "Thy will be done,"
and those who say, "All right then, have it your way."

- C.S. Lewis

I'm working on being that first person. It's hard. I'm trying to listen, I'm trying.
Trying to reflect God's will with as little ripples in the water as possible.
Sometimes It's just hard.

Have a great Monday -

Love, Kim
XO

I like how you edited this Kim and probably the best thing to do is to pray and give that burden to Jesus to carry for you. None of us like those large ripples coming into our lives........I hope yours stay as little ripples.

This is one of those times where the blur makes the picture. It turned out beautifully. I can certainly relate to what you were saying. I have started prefacing everything I say as...”if be Your will.” At 73 I am finally BEGINNING to realize that I do not have much control over anything...only how I act towards and treat others and myself. genie

That is a dilemma. I would like to think that I am of the first type, but it is more likely that I am of the latter. Thank you for making me think today, Miss Kim!
Enjoy the day!

Your quote has started my mind ticking just as much as your clever photo has.

Yup, I'm trying to work on that first person too, but that second person is around a lot more than the first! :-)
